What is your return policy?
We offer a 5 business day return policy if your purchase didn't meet your expectations. We do extend this around major holidays, such as Mothers Day, Christmas. For major holidays, the return policy is 5 days from the holiday. Christmas Returns must be postmarked by 12/31. Mother's Day returns must be postmarked by 5/17. During the year, the 5-day return policy is from the time you receive the item. Call us for pre-authorization to return an item. You may call our toll free # or email us. Special order items, custom items (Rona K's "The Kids" or Cats, Dogs by Rona K), personalized items, belly button rings, toe rings, earrings, monograms,sports number charms or engraved items will not be returnable. No returns will be accepted without a RA# or after the policy date stated above.
How do I return an item to Classic Charms?
Just return your un-used item, in original condition, in the original box prepaid and insured to us, with a copy of your packing slip (if you have it), or on a piece of paper write your name/address & order #, and we will refund or replace the product, less shipping charges. ORDERS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION to be accepted as a return.
How do I return an item when I want to do an exchange for another item?
On your packing slip, write the item # you want to do the exchange for. If emailing for the return authorization, it is helpful to let us know which item you want to do the exchange for, so we make sure to have the item in stock when we receive your return. Exchanges OR Returns must be pre-authorized and done within 5 days of receipt of item.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock when your order is placed, you will be notified via email. Be sure to supply proper email address when placing your orders, as this will be how you will be contacted.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification (via email) when your order is actually shipped out, with the Federal Express Tracking # (USPS Priority Mail has no tracking #s).
How do I track my order? US Postal service orders cannot be tracked, however all UPS orders can be tracked at their website (www.ups.com). Type in your tracking # and their system will be able to give you up to date information on your shipment.
I only received part of my order, how do I know when I will receive the rest of my order?
Typically most items are only out of stock for 2-3 days, but we will email you when your back ordered item ships out. We will supply a new tracking # for you.
How do I know if an item is available in white gold?
Most items that are available in white gold are stated as such on the website - however if you are looking for a particular item, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to locate it for you. ALL REMBRANDT items are available in 14K White Gold!
I am looking for an item that I cannot find on the site, how do I know if you carry it?
Use the search button on our site to do a search by either name of item (i.e. Ice Cream Cone Charm), or by item # (if you have seen it before). If you still cannot find it, email us at Support@classiccharms.com or call our toll free # (866) 324-2767 and we will let you know if its an item we carry thats not on the site, or if we can get it for you.

Ordering Options
We offer several ordering options. You may place any item in your shopping basket and click on CHECK OUT or EXPRESS CHECK OUT through Yahoo! Shopping. You may feel safe that your credit card and personal information is secure through the encryption system used by Yahoo!
If you prefer, you may call us to place your order, toll free (866) 324-2767 or email your order to us. If calling in your order, be sure to have your Item #, Quantity, Method of shipment preferred, if you want your item gift wrapped, your billing and shipping name and address, (name as it appears on the credit card, with the billing address of the credit card), a daytime telephone number and an email address we may contact you once we ship your merchandise.
Please be advised, no order will be processed without a valid authorization from the credit card company.
Payment Options

Shipment
Please allow appropriate time for your order to arrive. Most shipments are sent within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock. You will be notified if item is out of stock.
Orders are shipped out in the order they are received. We do our very best to get Overnight and 2nd Day air orders out the same day, however selecting this method does not guarantee your order is shipped the same day it is placed. Orders are processed as they are received into this office.
We now accept International orders for customers paying with Paypal only. We offer UPS and USPS Express Global for International shipments. Please note: Some countries inflict a custom's charge for all merchandise coming in from the United States. Classic Charms is not responsible for this fee. Customer will be responsible for this fee for all goods coming into their country.
We use UPS, or USPS Priority Mail for all our deliveries. Choose from UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day air Saver (by end of day), UPS Next day air AM (by 10:30am), USPS Priority Mail (Insured), or USPS Express Mail (1-2 days delivery depending on zip code) for our shipments. Choose your method of shipment when ordering.
Please Note: UPS will require a signature. We will not waive signature. If no one will be available for signature release, choose USPS Priority Mail. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package.
You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped, with the Tracking number, so you can track your packages online. USPS Priority Mail cannot be tracked online.

We offer FREE USPS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100. Yahoo Shopping will calculate your shipping charges depending on the method of shipment you have chosen. We will enter a discount code to deduct standard US Mail shipping ($7.95) on your final order. Free shipment is for USPS Priority Insured Mail only. All other methods are calculated at the rate minus regular US Mail shipping credit.
Sales Tax
Our company is located in Texas, so 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order if it is being shipped to a Texas address. If being shipped to any other address, no sales tax will be added.
Engraving We will gladly engrave your charm for you. Our engraving charges are $35 for the first line and $20 each additional line. Please allow one
additional week for engraving. Any Rembrandt Charm can be engraved for only $1/per character - either block or script font. We do not engrave any of our lockets because they come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY from the manufacturers. Any of the lockets can be engraved after purchasing from us.
Engraving on Rembrandt Charms Many of Rembrandt Charms can be engraved prior to shipping. Request engraving on the order form. Engraving charges are per character, which will be added to your order after your order is placed. Engraving charges are $1.00 per character. Rembrandt will engrave on the back of the charm, unless specified by the customer.
Add charms to your Bracelet As an additional FREE service to our customers, we will add the charms you've purchased to your bracelet (must purchase charms and bracelet from us). Please allow one additional week for this service, and state on your order form, if charms are to be added in any particular order. A fee will be charged to remove charms from a bracelet if returned after we add them for you. Fee is $5/per charm that needs to be removed.

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. We provide our customers as much detailed product information so they can make a good buying decision. We do not inflate our images and do our best to provide you with the best images possible, however we can not be responsible
for minor differences in color or size.
Sizing We try to give as much detailed information as possible on all our products. If measurements are given in Metric (MM), approx 15mm is equal to 3/4". If no measurements are given, feel free to email us or call us to get approx. measurements of any item.

Returns

Call or write us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued without prior authorization. If you return an item to us past the 5-day return policy or without prior authorization, your item will be returned to you or you may be charged a 50% re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges for returning merchandise is the customers responsibility.
All claims for defective item, wrong item received or damaged item must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned items after the initial 5 days from purchase will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.
Store Hours
Our store hours are from 9am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after business hours will be processed on next business day. If you call during non-business hours, please leave your name and phone number, so we can return your call promptly when the office re-opens.
Payment Methods
We welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal Payments from VERIFIED account only. Other payment methods include Money Orders, and Cashier's Check. Please note: If selecting Money Order or Cashier's check, payment must be received by our office prior to shipping your order to you.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or give any of your personal information (name, email address, credit card information) to anyone, under any circumstance. Your information is solely used to process your order with us.
