We've posted our Frequently Asked Questions to help answer your most common questions to our customer service department. If you do not find the answers to your questions here, call our Toll Free Number (866) 324-2767 and a friendly Classic Charms Associate will be happy to assist you.
We offer several ordering options. You may place any item in your shopping basket and click on CHECK OUT or EXPRESS CHECK OUT through Yahoo! Shopping. You may feel safe that your credit card and personal information is secure through the encryption system used by Yahoo! If you prefer, you may call us to place your order, toll free (866) 324-2767 If calling in your order, be sure to have your Item #, Quantity, Method of shipment preferred, if you want your item gift wrapped, your billing and shipping name and address, (name as it appears on the credit card, with the billing address of the credit card), a daytime telephone number and an email address we may contact you once we ship your merchandise.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Pay Pal Payment. We take fraudulent orders very seriously and we reserve the right to not process an order if we feel this is the case. We also will accept a Money Order or a Cashier's Check. The money order or cashiers check must be received by our office prior to processing your order. We take credit card fraud very seriously at Classic Charms and reserve the right to not ship if we feel this is the case. We ask that you provide your billing information, which assures us it is you, using your credit card and not an un-authorized person. We ask that the name, address, city, state, zip are an exact match to what the credit card company has on file for you. This would be the address that is pre-printed on your monthly statements. We will not ship your order unless you are able to verify this information. There may be a delay in processing your order if this is not entered correctly on your online order.
When you place an online order, your credit card company (or bank) puts an "authorization to charge" or a "hold" of funds on your account. This verifies that you have the available credit to place the order. Each bank is different for the amount of time they can place a "hold" on your funds. Once we charge your card, the "hold" should be lifted within 24-48 hrs, but each financial institution is different. Please check with your bank for their policies on this. We cannot release funds that your bank has on hold - only your bank can do this.
Please be aware orders are shipped in the order they are received. We try to process orders within 2-3 days of orders being received. Typically we strive to ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders that are custom made or engraved do take longer to process. Check the item page description if your item is a custom made item. If you order an engraved item - we will email you to confirm engraving and fees. We do not process an engraved order until you reply to the email. Delay in responding will delay your order. Please check your email after placing an order, we will contact you by email if there are any problems with your order. Most of our vendors also offer drop shipping direct from the factory! Please note if you opt for drop shipping, you do not get a gift box! Selecting 2nd day, 3 Day or overnight shipment, does not guarantee a date of delivery. Call us if you need your item by a particular date.
Many of our vendors offer drop shipping direct to you, to speed things up a bit. Be sure to ask your Classic Charms Associate about drop shipping. If we drop ship from our vendors, you do not receive a gift box, gift wrap or gift message.
Our store hours are from9am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after business hours will be processed on next business day. Holiday hours: Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Our company is located in Texas, so 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order if it is being shipped to a Texas address. If being shipped to any other address, no sales tax will be added.
Some Rembrandt Charms (that state they are engravable) can be engraved for only $1/per character - either block or script font. Most items are engraved on the back, unless requested by customer. Enter your engraving in the personalization field on the order form. We will email you to verify engraving, prior to processing your order. If you do not reply to the email, your order will not be processed. All engraved items are non-returnable. Engraving can only be done with letters, numbers, dashes and slashes. No symbols such as hearts or clovers or pictures. Monogramming is three letters only, cost is $10 in block or script. Click Here to view samples of fonts for engraving and monograms.
We do not engrave any of our lockets because they come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY from the manufacturers. Any of the lockets can be engraved after purchasing from us.
As an additional FREE service to our customers, we will add the charms you've purchased to your bracelet (must purchase charms and bracelet from us). Please allow one additional week for this service, and state on your order form, if charms are to be added in any particular order. A fee will be charged to remove charms from a bracelet if returned after we add them for you. Fee is $5/per charm that needs to be removed.
We try to give as much detailed information as possible on all our products. If no measurements are given, feel free to email us or call us to get approx. measurements of any item. Most measurements are for the charm only - (not including bail), unless otherwise stated on item page.
All Rembrandt Charms come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. No warranty card required. Rembrandt will warrant their items for a lifetime! All Lockets come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Inside the locket box, you will find a warranty card. Some items offer a limited warranty on them against defects - see item page for further details.
Our charms can be worn by guys or gals, either on bracelets OR necklaces. Read more on our Learning center page.
We offer a 10 day return policy if your purchase didn't meet your expectations. Item must be in original condition (never worn or used) to be authorized for a return. Item must be in original packaging (jewelry box or pouch). Once an item is worn, it becomes NON-RETURNABLE. All retired merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE and all sales are final on retired items.
For all orders placed from October 15 - December 25th, we will extend our 10-day return policy until December 31sr. All returns must be pre-authorized with a RA# on the outside of the box. Returns must be postmarked by December 31st. Some items are non-returnable, such as earrings, belly button rings, custom made items such as NFL, Retired Items, Collegiate, Rona K Kids, custom made sports charms, sports numbers or engraved items.
All engraved items, sports numbers, collegiate items, NFL items, Rona K Charms, custom made items such as monograms are non-returnable. Earrings are non returnable or health reasons. Any item that has been worn or used is also non-returnable. All custom made items (Collegiate items, NFL Items, Retired Items or engraved items) are non-returnable AND non-cancel-able once order is place. All retired items are non-returnable and all sales are final on retired items.
During the year, the 10-day return policy is from the time you receive the item. We can look up the tracking information to see when you have received it, if you are not sure about this.
Call us or email us for pre-authorization to return an item. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. If you attempt to return an item without an RA#, the item will be returned to you or you may be charged a 50% re-stocking fee. It is at the discretion of Classic Charms if we return the item to you or charge the 50% restocking fee. You will be provided with an RA# and instructions on how to return to us. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of RA# being given. Any returns after this will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and no outbound shipping fees will be refunded. We do not offer call tags. Refunds are issued for the items purchased only. ORDERS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION to be accepted as a return. Jewelry must be never worn or used to be authorized for a return. Orders must be returned in original jewelry box or you will be charged a $5 fee for the box.
On your packing slip, write the item # you want to do the exchange for. If emailing for the return authorization, it is helpful to let us know which item you want to do the exchange for, so we make sure to have the item in stock when we receive your return. Exchanges OR Returns must be pre-authorized and postmarked within 5 days of receipt of RA#.
We will be happy to have a charm custom made for you. Any Rembrandt charm in the collection can be made into a tie tac, lapel pin or charm holder for an additional fee. For tie tacs or lapel pins, add $10 to the item cost. For a Charm Holder add:

We will custom make any charm for you - email us your specifications and we will be happy to email you a quote based on the metal you want, mold fee, and quantity desired.
We have thousands of items online, as well as in our store, so our inventory changes daily. If an item is out of stock when your order is placed, you will be notified via email. Be sure to supply proper email address when placing your orders, as this will be how you will be contacted.
Typically most items are only out of stock for 2-3 days, but we will email you when your back ordered item ships out. We will supply a new tracking # for you.
All our Rembrandt Charms are available in Sterling Silver, Gold-Plate, 10K Yellow Gold, 14K Yellow Gold or 14K White Gold!
Use the search button on our site to do a search by either name of item (i.e. Ice Cream Cone), or by item # (if you have seen it before). If you still cannot find it, email us or call us and we will let you know if its an item we carry that's not on the site, or if we can get it for you. We have thousands of charms, not pictured on our site, so if you cannot find it, let a Classic charms associate assist you in locating it!
You may choose to have your item sent to you in our lovely gift box for $4 and we include a FREE cleaning cloth ($3.95 value) with every order that chooses a gift box.Our beads and beaded bracelets ship in either a Classic Beads pouch or you can choose a Chamilia, Zable, Novobeads, SimStars or Ohm Gift Box (for a small fee) and get a FREE cleaning cloth in your order!
